An Android Place Marker is used for managing your favorite location for e.g. If any tourist visited any new place and he wants to save the place details for future reference purpose. So, he can do it along with adding more details of that place like place name, its current location and place type like i.e. A Hospital or a coffee shop or a Hotel etc. This system will maintain and manage proper list of your favorite places with appropriate details that will be helpful or future reference.
Advantages
- People might forget the places after visiting after long time so, it will properly manage visited place list
Disadvantages
- Requires active internet connection for showing location
- System may provide inaccurate results if data not entered properly
