Job Description
- Handle Payroll and Leave Management System
- Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes for internal recruitment only
- Conduct employee onboarding/exit formalities and help organize training & development initiatives
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Handle Employee Greveinces and Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Oversee all aspects of human resources for the Company including, but not limited to team member relations, onboarding, retention, training and development, employment law, performance management and evaluations, benefits and payroll
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Skills Needed For this Vacancy:
- Graduation/Master’s Degree in related field.
- Efficient English Communication skills.
- Ability to effectively work with diverse cultures in a global team; sensitivity and appreciation for diverse cultural norms/styles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and a flexible approach. Demonstrated expertise building consensus on a cross-functional basis.
- Well organized, thorough and detailed, with a creative approach to problem solving.
- Discretion and ability to deal with sensitive issues.
- Highly motivated, team work, highly proactive and with initiative.
