Our system will monitor the heart rate. It will then transmit using rf, its range would be around 5-6 meters, if under water around 2-4 meters.
We can provide both systems as circuits, transmitter circuit will be around 15*15 centimetres and receiver circuit of same size. You will need to put covering and make the circuit water proof by encasing in box sealed tight. We can develop and send you the circuit system by courier. It would include following:
